At Touchuppaint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package the Items

Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
